Handprints was founded in 2001 with the intention of connecting clinicians who share the vision of providing therapy services within an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration. In 2012, Handprints became accredited and licensed as a Home Health Agency and expanded to provide a full range of pediatric home health services including OT, PT, SLP, and Nursing.
In 2016, Handprints expanded its services with the addition of Handprints Behavioral Therapy. Handprints is excited about the addition of behavioral therapy services, as we now have a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of professionals working together and sharing their expertise to foster the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Our Administrative Team
Betsy received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of New Hampshire and went on to receive her Master Degree in Occupational Therapy at San Jose State in 1994. She worked as a pediatric occupational therapist for 17 years in hospitals, sensory clinics, schools, and homes. Betsy started Handprints Home Health in 2002 and Handprints Behavioral Therapy in 2016 with the intention of bringing BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs together in order to provide a comprehensive and collaborative approach to home health and clinic-based services. Betsy leads from her heart and is proud to be part of this dynamic group of therapists. In her spare time, Betsy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, yoga, traveling, and hiking with her dog.
Administrator, MA in Health Care Administration
Holly received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and later became Board Certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Holly joined the Handprints team in 2001 as a therapist and now serves as the Administrator for both Handprints Home Health and Handprints Behavioral Therapy. In this role, Holly is able to follow her passion for connecting children and families not only with an amazing team of therapists but also with a variety of community resources. She believes that making and growing personal and professional connections are vital to the success of any business. In her spare time, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, being creative, and planning the next office prank.
Becky was born and raised in Texas and moved to Colorado in 2017 with her 2 children. Becky started her own retail business and continues to manage and consult from afar. She is certified as a Medical Assistant and has extensive administrative experience in the medical field. In her spare time, Becky loves to hike with her children and dog, binge watch NetFlix, attend concerts, and travel. Becky’s witty and sarcastic sense of humor keeps us laughing on a daily basis.
Community Outreach Coordinator
Valerie received her Bachelors of Science at the University of Pittsburgh. She decided to leave the corporate world after 14 years to raise her two daughters. While being a stay at home mom, she actively worked at her daughter’s school as PTA Treasurer, PTA President, and founder of a school garden. She has been with Handprints since 2011 as an administrative assistant, marketing/community outreach coordinator and human resource coordinator. Valerie loves being part of such a fun, professional, and dynamic company. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friend, skiing, traveling and practicing yoga.

Diane is a native to Colorado and earned her degree in marketing. She has 2 beautiful, energetic children and a witty husband. Over the years, she has had her share of challenges and welcomes the opportunity to problem-solve with the Handprints office team. Diane is a great asset to our team and contributes extensive knowledge, experience, laughter, and wisdom.

Manager of Clinic-Based Services
Originally from Philadelphia, Alexis moved to Golden, CO in 2013. She has a Masters in ABA and Autism and received her BCBA in 2017. Most of her experience has been working with teenagers on the spectrum in Day Treatment Facilities. Alexis loves seeing her clients flourish and progress each day. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her boyfriend and her dog, Kaia, listen to live music, and drink copious amounts of iced coffee.
Manager of Home-based Services
Deanna received her Masters in ABA from Ball State University and has been a BCBA since 2017. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate through The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In her free time she likes to be outside, hiking, spending time with friends, and binge-watching documentaries.
Manager of Telemedicine Services
Alisha received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State Polytechnic University in 2011 and continued her education in ABA by completing coursework at Florida Institute of Technology in 2014. She has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis for nearly 15 years. Having a younger sibling with special needs led to her passion for providing services to children and their families. In her spare time, she loves to read and cook. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, two chickens, and tending to her saltwater aquarium.
Amanda earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Bachelors of Fine Art in Drawing from Colorado State University. After discovering and working in the field of ABA, Amanda continued on to achieve a Masters in ABA from the University of Cincinnati. She loves reading, yoga, spending time with her husband and chasing her toddler throughout the house.
Dayna earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Metro State and her Masters of Psychology from Northcentral University. She went on to earn her BCBA certification from the Florida Institute of Technology. Dayna’s earliest experiences in the field of ABA came in the form of a temporary summer position as a paraprofessional in an ASD classroom. Dayna fell in love with the students and, from there, was able to formulate her education to fit her developing career. Dayna is an avid fitness and nutrition enthusiast, and she hopes to apply this passion to the emerging application of behavior analysis in health and fitness. In her free time, Dayna enjoys spending time with her husband and her baby girl, hiking the great Colorado mountains, and visiting natural hot springs.
